We are proud to have participated in the Social Outcomes Conference – SOC25 at the University of Oxford, where the F4J Careerz project presented its experience as the first model of its kind in Palestine and the region in the field of Development Impact Bonds to empower youth and create sustainable employment opportunities.

The Social Outcomes Conference is the annual gathering of leading researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from around the world working to improve social outcomes. The conference includes discussions on the latest ideas and findings from academic research, alongside emerging insights and experiences from practical applications across different geographies, disciplines, and policy areas. The 2025 conference was held in September at the University of Oxford.

It is worth mentioning that the Palestinian youth employment program ‘F4J Careerz’ is the second phase of the Development Impact Bond (F4J DIB) program, which operates through a results-based financing mechanism. The second phase of the program is implemented by Finance for Jobs Advisory Services, with funding from the Palestine Investment Fund and the Chile–Palestine Investment Fund (Olive Seeds). The World Bank funds the sustainable employment outcomes achieved through the “Finance for Jobs (F4J)” project, implemented by DAI Global on behalf of the Palestinian government.
